I spent a few weeks in Jamaica recently. We found so many flaws during our stay, such as address the cleaning staff to clean our room when it should have been done without asking, and we had to pay for two small bottles because our bottled water in the room ran out. The only good things about this hotel are the spacious and tidy rooms, free parking, and proximity to Devon House, which is home to the world's most delicious bread. If you're looking for a straightforward hotel experience, you'll be fine here.

We have just returned from France, and the first thing on our minds was to leave reviews for this hotel. We chose this hotel for convenience reasons, as it's close to Lyon Part Dieu train station. We have stayed at this hotel before, but this time, the hotel needs updating. The mattress on our bed was sagging in parts and needed to be replaced. Also, the food prices, particularly breakfast, seemed very high.

The location of this hotel is very good, and the breakfast is very good, but we found many problems during our stay here. The WiFi didn't work properly, the room windows were dirty, and the door in the toilet had a big gap between the wall and the door. One of the advantages of this hotel is that the rooms are modern and have a good view.

This hotel is definitely worth the prices. Every time we needed something, the staff brought it to us within a minute. My only complaint is that the pool is not heated so it's really cold. Also, the jacuzzi is more like a bathtub and can only accommodate one person. Nonetheless, we warmed up with complimentary towels and enjoyed the stunning view from the rooftop bar. I also got a massage there, which was very nice. The service was the best I've ever seen, which is why I'm writing this reviews.

The room was immaculate and pleasant, as it had a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the bathroom has a particular odor. A problem under the shower is not done properly, so all the water comes out. Plus, the walls of the room are thin, so at night, I woke up because the room next to me was boisterous from chatting all night. On the plus side, the breakfast served at the hotel restaurant was delicious.

We deliberately chose to camp inside the main gate to avoid too much additional travel. This was our first experience staying in a camp and it turns out we loved it. Plus, our tent was very spacious and comfortable. The sheer cotton curtains that didn't reach the doorway were not what I expected for this prices. We hope the hotel can fix that soon after reading these reviews.

The rooms are simple yet acceptable. Perhaps the bathroom could be cleaner, and more shelves would be more helpful. The public toilet needs maintenance as the lock is broken. A plus point of this hotel is that some staff were very friendly when serving us. All of them provided excellent service and had pleasant personalities.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it's close to Sforza Castle, Milan Information Center with Hop On Hop Off Bus and Day Tours, Duomo city center, and Pincotera Museum. The hotel room was also comfortable, and we were given outstanding service. However, our room light didn't work correctly, so the room seemed dark. The bed was a bit hard. The handheld shower stand broke, so I left it lying in the bathtub.

One of the staff members, whose name we forget, is very friendly, creative, and happy to provide the perfect drink to enjoy on the veranda or suggest recommendations from the menu for snacks or dinner. We appreciated their service, felt very appreciated, and well cared for. The hotel has a first-class service at very affordable nightly room prices. I think this hotel deserves a 5 * from us. The location of this hotel is excellent as it is close to the metro, train, and famous local attractions. The rooms are immaculate, comfortable, and well-equipped with good toiletries. Unfortunately, our room overlooked an ugly abandoned building, but it didn't matter. These reviews prove that I have no regrets about booking one of the best boutique hotels in Athens.

The plus point of this hotel is its great location, as it is within walking distance of most tourist attractions. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent. On the downside, the bathroom is small. When we stepped in, I bumped my hand on some oddly placed bathroom fixtures and the shower sprayed everywhere.

I booking a room at this hotel on the weekend before Christmas to relax with my family and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Douro region. The hotel offers a mix of modern comforts, excellent service, and stunning views. I stayed in a family room featuring contemporary decor and incredible views. Although the room was spacious, it was relatively empty, as if it didn't have enough furniture to balance its size.

Our room had a great view of the ocean. The room was beautiful, there was plenty of storage, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large. Plus, we were given a fruit platter and a bottle of Moet. Our fridge wasn't working when we arrived. One quick call to the staff and we had a new fridge less than 10 minutes later. Seeing how nimble the hotel staff is, we didn't have to worry about anything. That's how a vacation should be. Hopefully, these reviews will strengthen your resolve to travel to this hotel!

I had booked the spa but canceled it due to the lack of service we received during our stay. I didn't want to risk paying $170 for a 50-minute massage. I also tried requesting the spa menu with prices several times but I never received it. Finally, I called and the hotel staff promised to send it via email but the result was the same.

This is our third time staying at this hotel and cannot express how satisfied we are! This hotel has always managed to make us feel amazed and pampered, from the cozy rooms to the friendly hotel staff who made sure we didn't experience any difficulties. We can't wait to come back to this hotel again.

One of the worst elements we found when staying at this hotel was that out of 6 treadmills, 4 broke throughout the week and were like that for quite a while. So, I had to take turns with other guests. Hopefully the hotel can address this issue quickly to avoid disappointment from other guests!

I booked this hotel for exhibition time and the room I got had an extra bed. It was suitable and the prices were a bit high during the exhibition, but overall the hotel was very nice and comfortable. My room was on the third floor and needed to be painted in some places. The breakfast was extremely diverse and delicious. In general, I recommend this hotel.

This reviews contains the pros and cons we found during our stay at UNAHOTELS Century Milano. On the plus side, the location of this hotel is perfect as it is close to Milano Centrale Train Station. On the downside, the reception desk service was very poor. My goodness, the reception staff was rude, unfriendly, and cold.
