We had a relaxing stay at the villa, loving the tasty variety at the breakfast buffet—especially the cakes, a big hit with the kids. The pool was nice, though a little extra care with the leaves would make it even better.

This is an excellent resort for children. The kids had a great day, from the basketball-length infinity pool to the seaweed-free beach to the waterpark. Wonderful!!!

Overall, the resort is stunning. Staff was extremely attentive. The drinks and food were great.

As you didn't expect, the vast resort made me lose the sense of personal service. The staff would take a long time to reach me, which was irritating. Please take that note seriously!

The hotel has a restaurant and bar in the lobby, which is convenient, and the location is close to the airport. However, a car alarm goes off all night, and the receptionist says they can't do anything about it.

This resort is good because the rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, and the rooms have sea views. But, the restaurant needs to be upgraded. I mean, they need more skilled staff for fast service and cleaning of the equipment.

I highly recommend that everyone stay here. It has beautiful sea views, and one of my favorites is the spa!! Their treatment so well~~

This was my second trip to Vietnam, but I stayed at Vinpearl this time. It was a pleasant experience, although the service made me wait too long. Overall, it is okay.

The breakfast was delicious, and every meal I tried at the on-site restaurant was excellent. My only recommendation is to expand the selection of regional food.
