The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff was very friendly to us. The hotel also provides a fantastic restaurant on the 8th floor with a stunning view. There, we had an amazing breakfast buffet. Until now, we can still imagine the taste of that delicious breakfast buffet.

This reviews contains our disappointment with this hotel as only one of the three elevators could function properly. We feel that the hotel should rectify the issue immediately so that guests do not queue or scramble to enter the elevator. But it's all forgiven because the room we got was very nice and comfortable.

I'm still confused why the nightly prices for parking at this hotel are so expensive. It's so unreasonable! Even though there are some parking areas that have caged areas because some parts of the floor have collapsed.

My family and I had a great review learning about dolphins with our fantastic and knowledgeable trainer. My young children were comfortable and learned a lot about dolphin friends. They were able to get up close to the dolphins and get some sweet kisses. This was the highlight of our trip! We are so satisfied, these tours deserve good reviews from us.

So, this is my review so far. I went to Spa Ya'ax because one of the staff members offered us a package at the poolside. I had a facial, body scrub, and full-body massage in the spa salon, which was very satisfying. I had the same masseuse three times, and she was truly the best of the best. As a fitness instructor, I highly recommend this spa wholeheartedly.

The Hannover Sea Life Aquarium features various educational zones filled with different types of tropical fish and marine animals. The staff is very friendly and helpful to those who need assistance. However, some fish species are not described in the aquarium.
