One of the worst elements we found when staying at this hotel was that out of 6 treadmills, 4 broke throughout the week and were like that for quite a while. So, I had to take turns with other guests. Hopefully the hotel can address this issue quickly to avoid disappointment from other guests!
Vila Gale Collection Douro Review
I booking a room at this hotel on the weekend before Christmas to relax with my family and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Douro region. The hotel offers a mix of modern comforts, excellent service, and stunning views. I stayed in a family room featuring contemporary decor and incredible views. Although the room was spacious, it was relatively empty, as if it didn't have enough furniture to balance its size.

We just left this hotel, so it's time to write an honest review. During our stay, we found some good and bad points. The good points are that the room was clean, the hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast menu was delicious. Meanwhile, the bad points are that the hotel's swimming pool is tiny and the water looks dirty.
